❌ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Poized Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
